Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: on orders over CAD $250 within Canada.
• Flat Rate Shipping: CAD $25 for orders below CAD $250.
• International Shipping: rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Delivery Time

• Canada & USA: 5–10 business days.
• International Orders: 10–20 business days, depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, holidays, or courier issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
